Meet Our Officers:

David Harwood

President

David has worked in the property management industry since 2000. He has managed or supervised a vast array of properties during that span. These include student housing, market rate mulit-family, HUD properties, single family homes and many more. He has successfully managed properties through refinancing, mortgage restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, lease-up/new construction and various other tasks. David is deeply rooted in the property management field and has a vast network of vendors, colleagues and partners that assist in the optimal success of our properties.

David Abbate

Broker & Board of Directors Member

David joined the Board of Directors at Liberty Property Management in 2010 to help foster further growth and expand the services offered by Liberty. He brings with him a slew of real estate investing knowledge and on the street experience to assist clients in successfully expanding their property portfolio. In addition, he is the force behind the marketing side of property management. His participation is crucial in the continued success of Liberty and its continued Multi Family portfolio endeavors.
 

Kevin Hess

Web Operations Director

Kevin began working with Liberty last year as a web consultant. His background in search engine optimization and search engine marketing make him a valuable asset to the team. He also serves as a managing partner of RTT Realty and co-founder of RentTampaToday.com. Kevin is the lifeblood behind Liberty’s online web presence and all internet marketing initiatives.
